“I am quite happy with the service provided by Dial Direct, my car insurance with DD is a few years, easy to renew with reasonable price and I have no complain so far and I recommend other s to use Dial direct . Thank you.”

“I am happy with the service received, however do feel that I could have had a courtesy call when my policy came up for renewal to discuss the reason for the increase etc. Luckily I have not claimed in the 3 years I have been with Dial Direct but I have also had no contact from customer service as a courtesy.”
