“Terrible took weeks for a claim to be settled actually 4 months in total all the time I glad a whole in my roof water coming in leading to further issues absolutely shocking service never to be used again”

“I've used Dial Direct for several years now and am very happy with the price and service, the 'phone team is always very helpful. I do though wish they'd quote their best price to returning customers at renewal time to avoid the pantomime of having to go though price check websites only to spring a wonderful deal when you say you're leaving. Most insurance and 'phone companies seem to do it these days so this frustration is not just a aimed at Dial Direct. That aside, I'm very happy and hope to stay with Dial Direct at my next renewal.”

“Very easy to deal with both online and by e-mail and telephone. Quotations are extremely competitive and detail is all there for you to see what you are actually going to get. No sub items where unbeknown to yourself you have agreed to another product starting in 2/3 months time. What you see is what you get and you can't ask for anything more.”

“I BEEN WITH DIAL DIRECT FOR A SHORT WHILE . I WENT WITH DIAL DIRECT, WHEN MY OTHER INSURANCE RAN OUT. DIAL DIRECT OFFERD A CAR INSURANCE COVER WITH A GOOD PRICE . I FOUND THEM EASY TO DEAL WITH , WHEN SETTING UP MY INSURANCE . I CAN NOT COMMENT ON HOW GOOD DIAL DIRECT ARE TILL A CLAIM IS MADE? .”

“Not interested in helping if you have to make a claim. Didn't realise they are really just brokers and set up insurance with companies they know nothing about. Think that they can treat customers like this so if you're decide to cancel they charge extortionate amounts, still waiting over several weeks for a reply to my review on trust pilot...waste of time”

“Great price after querying my renewal quote. The cost came down £50. Unfortunately it went up £10 when I increased the annual mileage from 5000 to 6000. Very good communication.”
