“auto renewed my policy. I cancelled and they are saying I owe £4 with lots of charges and constantly harassing me, letters, emails, calls. Absolutely disgusting!”

“I’ve been with Dial direct number of years good price on insurance only one problem when you need windscreen cover the pain trying to get a date from the windscreen company only give you a date at 4 o’clock the day before when you’re self-employed that’s not good overall would recommend Dial direct.”

“To begin with my policy for 2022 was lower than my 2021 one which is allways good if you can save money,second there's always someone who can answer any question about your policy and lastly they give you a choice to check on other prices from other insurance companies before renewing”

“Car insurance no problems, home insurance with loss adjusters it's absolutely terrible. Five months after the incident nothing has been started. Really angry with Questgates I can't state strongly enough how I feel about them.”
