“I am an older driver who does very few miles. I have found prices quoted very reasonable. It is good to have breakdown cover included. Mercifully I have never needed to claim. All dealings have been efficient and straightforward.”

“Very impressed with the lady I spoke regarding my renewal, unfortunately there was a problem with payment and she very kindly arranged to call me back and go through the process again in which we were successful. Extremely helpful, afraid I can't remember her name.”

“I have been with dial direct car insurance for 3yrs now as they have continued to remain competitive when I do my annual review. Their customer service is excellent. You phone and get through immediately to helpful staff who go the extra mile. E.g there was a payment issue from my side with regards to renewal, an automatic late payment change was added but kindly removed when I phoned to explain the issue with my card.”

“I had a large scratch on the offside back door which required repairs. My claim was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I had a hired car whilst my car was being repaired . The experience was seamless and a stressful situation was made bearable. Thanks dial direct”

“Received my renewal quote which was less than the previous year's premium, something that is a rarity these years. For a change customers are once again rewarded for loyalty. I was perfectly happy with my quote, which included RAC breakdown cover, so all I had to do was sit back and let Dial Direct do the rest.”
