“As a repeat customer my premium has increased annually but has still been more competitive than prices quoted on comparison websites for the same level of cover. Included RAC recovery is an added bonus for peace of mind. Thankfully I have not needed to make any claims and therefore cannot comment further but the company has been efficient in my dealings with it over the last few years.”

“Easy company to deal with. First time dealt with advisor. Once up and running everything is done online quick and easy. Pay by DD and each month get a message of thanks for my payment. Good price and no problem calling them if you need to speak to someone. Very pleased with Dial Direct.”

“I would thoroughly recommend Dial Direct insurance. They have treated me in a fair and open manner. Yes the premium has increased but under the current financial conditions by a reasonable amount.
