“They tend to keep prices down and give you good value for money. I havent had to get in touch so dont know on that side but communication though text is good when my insurance needed replaning send documents over via emal...so yes good company...good prices.”

“What I like about Dial Direct is that they kept the premium competitive. It is also easy to contact customer services who have always been very helpful. Luckily I haven't had any accident or problems in the past few years, so I don't know how that would be dealt with, but I am sure they will be helpful and clear.”
