“I have been dealing with Dial Direct for a few years now and I can say without fear that they have been excellent in every department. Always keeping me in the loop about any changes to policy etc and plenty of notification about renewal dates to help get quotes from elsewhere if you want to change insures.. Don't know why you would want to though !! Excellent, 5 stars from me”

“I've been with dial Direct for a couple of years now I found the service to be excellent because I haven't had cause to phone them to sort out any problems there hasn't been any so I would like to give dial Direct full marks and ask them to keep up the good work”

“Pleasantly surprised that my Insurance only went up by less than £10. Although it wasn't the cheapest it was near enough to not bother changing. Also when speaking on the phone they were very helpful.”

“Quick simple and effective. My renewals are always competitive unlike other companies that try to load your policy and hope you won't shop around. These guys just give the best deal going so makes renewing a doddle”
