“I'd had Kyle's renewal which was higher than last year despite him now qualifying for no claims discount, having passed his test 4.5 years ago. I rang and spoke to a very nice young man. He reduced the price by £50approx which made this old grandma happy.”

“I am now in my third year with Dial Direct and cannot fault them at all when it comes to Customer Service ..... everybody i have ever spoken to has always been so helpful and friendly. When my renewal quote for this year came in it was cosiderably higher than last year and i must admit i did hesitate . I left it for a couple of days and checked all comparison sites for like for like coverage quotes. Wow, the difference! Needless to say I am still with Dial Direct. I couldn't get my premium any less but had i refused it i would have paid a lot more anywhere else! My cover included No claims discount protection, Motor legal protection and RAC Breakdown Assistance, all of which are extra's with many of the other insurers. Keep it up, Dial Direct, and thanks.”
