Easy to deal with I tend to use a phone rather than online . My renewal was a bit on the heavy side this year but after talking to a member of the team we reached a compromise which suited both parties . The art of compromise lives on👍

When I received my renewal quote, was disappointed how much it had gone up. I had already checked with comparison sites. Although not the cheapest I decided to stay with Dial Direct for another year. I like that I can check my documents anytime, the site is easy to navigate and the service is good

Although renewal premium was a significant increase on previous year I renewed as Insurance has increased from all insurers. Better the devil you know I suppose

Easy to get hold off and talk to that's a big bonus -we have two household policies but you have to watch renewal prices and phone and barter if not happy - recently had to cancel one policy as I bought a new EV and the spectrum of insurance companies that would insure was poor and the one that would cover was 60 percent more expensive than comparison site prices was disappointing as the people you speak to on the phone are good and accessible that's a big bonus in modern times.

Your renewal price was almost double what l was paying last year. A phone call to you and the price dropped significantly. It's the same every year. I have been with you for many years and never made a claim. Why does this happen?

Never been in touch apart from renewals always helpful and pleasant. My only critic is that I should not have to have to ask for a better price than my renewal as a loyal customer it should have been given to me straight away

The price was very competative, and the company seemed very fair in their quote. I have not had a reason to test their reaction to a claim , and so cannot comment on this aspect of their care. This is the only reason that I have not given them 5 stars.

Self serve Car Insurance. Alteration and adjustment transaction fees ...... I'm sat at my p.c updating my details to keep within the law of the land in the comfort of my own home Only to be charged an adjusting fee. £25 Easy to use.

I received my quote to renew my insurance. I thought this was quite expensive so queried this with a sales person who immediately was able to give a discount which I accepted. I consider this as fair service.
