“was able to speedily make amendments to my policy, so happy there, monthly premium dropped by £9.00 per month, so happy there too, however not at all happy ay being charged £25.00 to make amendments only 6 days after receiving quote.”

“I have been with Dial Direct for several years now for my motor insurance. I was really pleased that they came in with a reduced quotation at renewal this year. Also, the telephone operator who took my policy acceptance call was very competent, polite and helpful. Very happy to be customer with them.”
