I am really happy to have renewed my car insurance with Dial Direct, initially my quote was higher than previous so I checked around and contacted Dial Direct to say I will not renewing my insurance with them. The lady was very helpful asked me various questions and came back with a quote even lower than what I paid last year...so it was a win win for me :-) Linda

Had a problem which was not helped by being deaf and the only option left to me was to phone and speak to an agent. After explaining my problem to the agent, he was very patient and talked me through the problem and was extremely helpful. Regretably i didnt take his name but i did thank him

First time ever I’ve made a claim on my house insurance in 30 years. No one is keeping us in the loop and chasing up our claim. I keep phoning and get the same reply.

I have home insurance. Quick and easy on renewal, member of staff I spoke to very helpful and polite. Price reduced as I got loyalty discount.

I have Dial Direct for my Home Contents insurance and am very happy as I have renewed for a further year with them. I would have moved my car insurance to them as well as they were competitive with another firm I was considering. I was unable to complete that transaction as, due to already having a product with Dial Direct I did not qualify for their introductory offer on car insurance. Now that smacks of discrimination to me! So it is likely I will be saying cheerio to a company that I was happy with simply because of their ridiculous three F’s policy. Shame really however there are many other insurance companies who are eager for business. So Dial Direct has lost a customer, I’ll not renew with them next year nor will I consider them in future. Unless they change their ways.

Easy efficient, and upon renewal the cost reduced, quick response when called and an eloquent informative agent to talk to. Highly recommended to friends & family. Vehicle broke down sorted quickly and satisfactory, so nice in this world of frequent disappointments. Keep up the competitive excellent service.

I renewed my insurance with Dial direct for the second year but unfortunately the address I was moving too fell through and when I changed the address they charged me 25 pounds . I had only just renewed so it wasn’t as though I had left it a couple of months . It takes 2 seconds to change an address not 25 pounds worth . Won’t renew again !

Despite what i had heard and been told about general insurers lack of commitment and being awkward about insuring vans (private use not business) Dial Direct was straight on it and i was insured in 10 minutes. Sorted.

They researched an alternative Home Contents Insurance for me. I had looked into a comparison site and they bettered the price that I was quoted on there! Friendly service and not painful at all!

Unfortunately Dial Direct seem to outsource their claims process to 3rd party so called assessors thru what is now a purely digital platform. Whilst one would hope this would be more efficient it is really a disaster. Naturally in a highly competitive market cost cutting is probably a priority, but it is done at the expense of poor service and inadequate Apps. In the end Dial Direct is moving more to what it’s name implies - a marketing platform for outsourced services

Spam to the max. Please stop calling me. Companies like this should be fined. I've explained that i dnt want their insurance and that I've signed up with a better company amd they still call!!! Blocked them now. 8am on a Saturday is beyond acceptable 😡

Opened a claim for 'escape of water' in July. My claim included video and photographic evidence. Polygon came out to assess the damage and took photos. We are now in October and I am still waiting to be contacted regarding a settlement. Very disappointing!
