I have never made a claim so I can't comment about that - but annual renewal is easy. They are one of the few companies that don't make you want to change because their rates don't go up and you actually get more stuff for being a loyal customer unlike many companies where it really pays to switch every year. Everything can be done online and it is simple to do.

A lot of money each year to renew, instead as you haven't claimed the price to renew should go down So I have changed company's and got all the same package for Half the Price these are charging And I wouldn't recommend this company

Good customer service Willingness to look at renewal price again Pleasant to deal with on the phone I have not had any claims with Dial Direct so cannot comment on this part of the service.

Dial Direct are a customer friendly company offering excellent value . The telephone agents are a pleasure to speak to and always do their best to help. Another good feature introduced this year is the claims information booklet. It's easy to read and straight to the point if you need help. Thank you.

I had my car shunted in a car park and the driver left the car park. Fortunately a passer by witnessed and made a note of his registration number. Due to the uncertain amount of damage Dial Direct had a hire car at my house the next day. My car had a twisted steering column and paint damage. My claim against the other driver was hassle free. I will be staying with Dial Direct for a long time.

Very easy to do the renewal this year and price was lower than last year which is a bonus as I am already on the max n.c.d.

NEVER EVER again..... 3 weeks since making my claim, no contact at all and when I rang them this morning they are unable to give me any sort of timeframe as to when the claim will be sorted. Shocking service to say the least.
