“My own fault, don't buy cheap! The claim started well and the staff were friendly and professional throughout the very long process. My vehicle was taken away in days and the assessment and valuation back in days after that - all communication was in text or email unless I called them (half hour plus phone calls at my expense). The first valuation was apparently done by a company that should not have dealt with my type of claim, no wonder it was a ridiculous offer that I declined. after a great deal of calls I went with the underwriters who still took weeks and two offers. After 3 months I received a payout on a no blame claim and still had to explain the final settlement agreed with the chap who was authorising the payment. On the whole a nightmare on top of my vehicle being written off while parked outside my home. Not impressed, worst ever experience of an insurance company.”

“Had an issue with a renewal payment due to my existing debit card running out; subsequently charged £20 for the missed payment. I would have cancelled the policy if it weren't for the ridiculous £60 cancellation fee. After this experience I wouldn't recommend using the company to anybody and I'll certainly avoid in the future.”

“Lovely lady I spoke to regarding my claim, very helpful, easy process, when my repair was looked at and the insurers agreed to fix, I had a call to pay my excess and wow I had my phone fixed and back with me 2 days later, well impressed!!”
