“The app keeps on canceling all trips, even if I'm navigating the whole trip it still cancel it, and this price thing also i have a problem with it, i drive less every day and every day im earning r20.32 it means that i will never get that 60% back of my premium not mentioning 75% cash back of my premium,”

“The initial contact was extremely good. An appointment for an inspector was made and carried out on time. The inspector validated my claim 100%. Unfortunately, everything went down hill from then on. I contacted Renew only to discover my claim was with their validation department and I would be contacted within the next couple of days. Still waiting for my claim to be settled after 10 days.”
