Cancelled my insurance but they refused to action my request and still debited my account. Then in received a threatening letter stating that I was in arrears and they would resubmit the debit order. After my 3rd request in received a letter informing me that my insurance has lapsed and they added a week on the cancellation date. I haven't had a good experience and have therefore moved to another insurer

I had to telephone 3 times each time cut off and no call back from you, each time non of your operatives had put any information on the system, 2 days later ok.?.

I found the service agreeable. Quote was fair eventhough we had NO claims I did expect it to be lower. But life goes on.

Very fair & reasonable renewal quote & price adhered to when telephoned. Agent on phone was helpful & efficient & I easily renewed without fuss. The online paperwork was very simply retrieved. Thank you. Sorry ! Can't remember if I got straight through or if I had callback. Just remember it seemed very easy & hassle free.

Good comunication from the start. They are what they say clearly from the start. Very good value, but for me most of all, the premium hardly went up for the following year. An insurance company that you can stay with year after year and feel safe with....

By renewing my policy at a cheaper rate after i told then to cancel it because it was to expensive and i had found a more competitive alternative. Now then, how did they manage that after i told them to sling their hook?mmmmm

New App is really stressing, I took an Uber to my cousins place on Sat, and it tracked it on the app and ended up being rated as driving at night, this new app is not working for me, yesterday I traveled to church with my sister with her car it also rated me low because I drove long distance,in the morning I went to an estate driving my car when got there I stopped at the gate called her and the app also showed phone usage, no I think it was best when we used to switch ghe app on when we are driving not ghis automatic detecting thing because it's not accurate

Prices are ridiculous - a constant pricing elevation regardless of whether you claim or dont claim. There will be no renewal.

I forgot my insurance was do ( Which was my fault ) so dial direct renewed it and I ended up pay £80 more for the year 😡 to other insurance companies Will not be forgetting next year

We have just moved home from near Cardiff to a quiet village in West Wales and needed to update our address for insurance purposes. Saga who insured one car did the change and gave us a small rebate. DialDirect charged us £25 to change but took a few £'s off as we moved to a quieter area. How can it cost £25 to change an address on the computer system? Will not be using these people again.
