“Car insurance company that use continues payment authority and take payments sometimes up to 5 days before their due, shocking customer service and customer relations JP is a muppet who clearly gets paid peanuts so I guess you get I.ots, this car insurance business are aware I’m a vulnerable adult yet they treat me differently and if you payment is a day late they sting you with a £20.00 late payment there is no leeway by this business so my advice if you are thinking of car or home and building’s insurance AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY, TGE REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT CANT BE TRUSTED BECAUSE BUSINESS HAVE BEEN KNOW TO MANIPULATE REVIEWS”

“Policy increased by £8 per month ?? I have 2 separate vehicle insurance policies with approx 15/10 years no claims didn’t realise it was increased - also 5 other insurance policies active - home , pet & self employed - will not be renewing next year 👎”

“Insensitive regarding my claim after a burglary and still waiting to hear about my claim after two months. Premium went up a lot but paid as claim ongoing - and they referenced my claim on the new quote despite not paying anything to me.”

“I wasn’t very happy I had asked last year for my grandson to be put on my insurance but it wasn’t on my policy I phoned about it and was told not to worry as he was definitely on it and he had been driving my car but when I phoned this year about it I got told he was never on my insurance the young lady I spoke to was very apologetic to me to say I wasn’t happy is an understatement I was so angry if he had been stopped by police it could have cost his license just hope this never happens again”

“Really efficient service. I had my renewal for my second year and there was no fuss and the quote was £1 more than my previous year. Previously I have had to change insurance companies as the 2nd year quote has been so much more expensive and that was without any claims too. Thankfully I have not made a claim whilst with dial direct but for the service they have provided up until now I would definitely recommend them.”

“Just renewed my car insurance with Dial direct, in my first year I had to make a claim after been hit from behind the way dial direct handled my claim was second to none, I didn't have to stress about a thing they did everything for me in a very professionall manner, so when my renew quote was even lower for this year it was a no brained,”
