“I recently renewed my home insurance with Direct Dial. I always use comparison sites before renewing any insurance yet Direct Dial still came out cheapest. I think that's the first time that has happened to me. I did phone up to see if they could reduce it a little bit. The woman I spoke to was very friendly and professional. She was based in the UK. She did manage to knock a few quid off the price so I really went away feeling pretty good about Direct Dial. Haven't had to make any claims and hopefully I won't have to, so can'tcommenton that aspect. I have house, building & contents, emergency cover and legal. I always get emergency, 20 years ago my kitchen door was broken into, my car keys taken and my car taken. Being a bit traumatised it was great to phone up an emergency helpline and got the house secured that morning.”

“Terrible experience would never bother to waste my time again put on hold 3 times who ever I was dealing with was about as much help as a chocolate teapot took my business to Adrian flux in the end insurance all sorted completely different and professional”
