They sent a quote for renewal four weeks before it was due: plenty of time in which to make a decision. :) And the renewal went through smoothly, so excellent, all-round.

After calling I got my renewal down to an exceptable level. It's just a pity that I wasn't offered this to start though, after having insurance with you for several years. REWARD LOYALLY.

I would give zero stars if I could Do not deal with this company No response to emails or calls No empathy to claim after being burgled Dragged out the claim in the hope that I would give up I suspect

rang up to renew i was happy with the new price so done it straight away easy to do no messing recommended polite person served me.will do the same next year if the price is right.

Terrible experience would never bother to waste my time again put on hold 3 times who ever I was dealing with was about as much help as a chocolate teapot took my business to Adrian flux in the end insurance all sorted completely different and professional

If I could leave less than a 1 star I would, customer service is disgusting & I will never ever use them again!!! Lost a loyal customer there....hope your £20 fee was worth it!!!!!

"They wouldnt give me my 8 years NCB at start of policy as i was told i hadnt cancelled my previous policy altho i had proof the vehicle was sold.How ever when i sold my current van i received a rebate from my over payment"

The service was pretty straight forward with Dial Direct & they were the best price for me. I had to change my insurance to show my car was being used for business purposes half way through the year, which only cost a few extra £ per month. After a quick search when my insurance was due for renewal I let it roll over because again they were the best price, with having Breakdown, Windscreen and Legal cover. Very Happy.

Automatic review failed as my debit card had been changed by my bank. Instead of providing the facility online for me to update it, I had to make a phone call and all the waiting, checking etc.. waste of time that is. I was then charged an administration fee of £20. For something I could have corrected in 5mins. I won’t be using them again.

Always very helpful on renewal with excellent pricing used Dial Direct for many years always the most competitive. The only thing I don't like is the automatic renewal you have to call again to make sure it's removed

Never get through on the phone email and no reply just shocking, policy has renewed and wanted to make changes not able to do online, next year I am cancelling my card and got elsewhere complete lack of customer service.

Absolutely exceptional service. Paying for a car that I can’t use for 4 months now. Car effectively stolen by insurers as I didn’t know where it was until yesterday. Minor damage but car written off. Trying to get car back. Passed to different companies. Haven’t received my claim compensation either. Hire car taken off me so paying almost £100 a month for no car. Great insurance.

This is the third year I have been with them and no reason to go elsewhere. The quotes can be quite high, but, the customer service team go that extra mile and I always seem to leave the conversation with a smile on my face.
