When comparing with other insurers by the time I added this and that, they didn't save me much. It was easier to stay with Dial Direct.

Insurance across the board is so expensive, don’t matter where you go or what you drive it’s ridiculous for a 40 year old now. I need to drive for work so need it. Only ever gone up not down.

Had to scrap my car, then needed to cancel the insurance. For that pleasure Direct Dial charge you £60, which is an extortionate amount of money, for what we all know is probably only a push of a button on a computer. These fees are not hidden, but just a way of making free money. Would have paid £20 without complaint.

Awful. Charged me £30 for a failed collection. Was set up to renew automatically annually. The card expired 1 month before the 3rd years annual payment was due. They knew the expiry date and failed to tell me. Maybe they deliberately let it happen so they could make more money. Letter arrived, not advising me of a problem, but billing me. I phoned them. Cancelled. Paid their fee. Then 2 weeks later got a letter demanding £20 cancellation fee for immediate payment, or it goes to debt collector. Heavy handed shady outfit. Beware

Every year increase the costs exponentially, so heat started as a good insurance has become a burden. As a loyal customer that has never made a claim I expect to be rewarded with lower insurance cost, not higher. Will not renew next year.

Tried to put claim in for items that got damaged didn’t bother to come back to to see if I had a crime number or nothing hopeless they are so it doesn’t matter don’t bother with insurance

I’ve been with Dial Direct for few years now. Happy with service always given and competitive annual price each year, although I have to phone each time to get a better quote than original sent via email
