“I've been with dial Direct for a couple of years now I found the service to be excellent because I haven't had cause to phone them to sort out any problems there hasn't been any so I would like to give dial Direct full marks and ask them to keep up the good work”

“Pleasantly surprised that my Insurance only went up by less than £10. Although it wasn't the cheapest it was near enough to not bother changing. Also when speaking on the phone they were very helpful.”

“This is my second year with Dial Direct and only went up a very small amount each month. It is the only company that send a text thanking you for the payment each time. Would certainly recommend them.”

“NOT really happy but acceptable as your renewal price was competitive. Everyone these days has an excuse for raising their prices and have us over a barrel. Will prices, including car insurance ever go down !”
