“It took 5 months to send someone out to look at my claim to be told my claim was declined as the leak was prolonged!!!!! No communication from the company to let me know what the delay was, no contact from the company to explain why the claim was declined. Just a call from the loss adjuster to say it wasn’t approved. Poor customer service, no clear reason for the decline, now left with a load of damage I can’t repair!! Will not renew next time.”

“My insurance has gone up when I haven’t made a claim, the RAC roadside assistance doesn’t cover me when I’m outside my house and they wanted an additional £160 for one visit, I will be changing my insurer next year”

“I have been dealing with Dial Direct for a few years now and I can say without fear that they have been excellent in every department. Always keeping me in the loop about any changes to policy etc and plenty of notification about renewal dates to help get quotes from elsewhere if you want to change insures.. Don't know why you would want to though !! Excellent, 5 stars from me”
