“Bit disappointed in the renewal price we got from dial direct.... almost doubled in price from last year....even tho we had two cars insured through dial direct.... didn't show much loyalty...shame as they seemed a good company....”

“Although quite a bit more expensive than last year, the premium does include breakdown cover. Still very good value. Not yet tested by having to make a claim.”

“I was happy they brought my premium down I’ve never had an accident in 45years so I feel I should be rewarded with lower premiums. Every year it goes up . So take heed dial direct . Thanks”

“Fair price, only a few pounds dearer than the cheapest quote I searched. I couldn't be bothered with all the hassle regarding acquiring proof of no claims with the other company so stuck with this one. Next year, if the cost goes up again, I will be going for the cheapest option. I just don't understand why premiums rise yearly for those of us who have never made a claim, why should we subsidise other claimants, we should be rewarded not punished with rising costs yearly.”
