“I always do a comparison for all my insurance products, and this year no other companies came anywhere near my renewal price. When I have had direct conversation, the staff are extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dial Direct.”

“I am happy with Dial Direct as an insurance firm as far as my experience with them goes, which is more or less zero as I haven't had to claim for anything. But this year the renewal price went up by nearly £50 for no reason that I can see . I have not out Dial Direct anything (- as far as I remember-) so why the price hike?”

“Been with this insurance 3 years the premiums go up and down each year but not to bad overall. Its shame like the old days when your insurance use to go down each year the longer you had it. I guess to many idiots on the road, the insurers want there cut and the comsumer have no choice to pay it to stay within the law.”
