“Misleading price on the renewal offer leading to a £20 charge for payment not being there when the real amount per month was in tiny writing below the given quote per month. Be clearer!”

“I have just received a letter from yourselves stating that my insurance premium will go up from £109 a month to £431! This was due to an oversight on my part where I forgot to disclose a claim that my named driver had in another vehicle not relating to this insurance. I called to take her off the policy and was told they could only reduce it to £305! Even your staff said that was extortionate! It leaves me no option but to cancel my policy and look elsewhere? I have been a loyal customer with you for over 6 years. Very disappointed”
