“Windscreen Company you wanted me to use couldn't fix screen for nearly 3weeks. Not helpful when you need it for mot on a business vehicle. Would have cost me thousands in lost work to have vehicle off the road. Paid for a new screen myself and was fitted next day. Waste of time having glass cover .”

“Been with Dial Direct for a number of years now, good service, competitive pricing, customer loyalty (annual gift voucher). I had a breakdown and used their Road side service, exchanged the battery and away I went. Keep up the good work!”

“A competitive quote for my car insurance again this year. A surprise £10 Tesco voucher was sent to me after I'd signed up for another year. I haven't had to make any claims so can't comment on service for this. I can access all my documents using my online Dial Direct account, which is handy.”

“I am happy with the quote for my car insurance all though it increased due to inflation it is a lot cheaper than my last insurance company who I would be paying double the amount. Also my documents where swiftly sent by Email so I could print them And read at my leisure.”
