“My car insurance premium was up for renewal but my initial quote was an increase on last year, having received a number of other slightly cheaper quotes I contacted Direct Line and spoke with a very helpful advisor who was able to reduce my premium for this year’s renewal. “Once again I chose to renew my insurance with dial direct. With insurance going up I knew my premium would be higher this year but dial direct came in very competitive, with this it made sense to renew. I’m not a fan of shopping around, I do like to stay with what I know. But I will always compare and make sure I’m getting a good deal. Dial direct are easy to communicate with and a pleasure to do business with, I would highly recommend 👍”
