“Renewal quote sent through in good time, very reasonably priced, infact cheaper by far, for what my needs are, the other companies. Fortunately for myself, I have not needed to make a claim, but feel sure that these guys would be there to sort out the stress.”

“I've had my car insurance with Dial Direct for several years now. I've never had to make a claim (fortunately) so can't comment upon how they would handle that. However, I've always found their website and paperwork easy to understand and any time I've had the need to ring them I've been dealt with promptly and in a professional, but friendly, manner. When it was time to renew I rang around but found that they were competitively priced.”
