“I would thoroughly recommend Dial Direct insurance. They have treated me in a fair and open manner. Yes the premium has increased but under the current financial conditions by a reasonable amount. Their staff have at all times been prompt and polite and explained changes in a clear way. In short just the way a customer should be treated. Thank you and well done.”
