“When I had trouble with my toilet because it would not flush it was late into the night, I phoned Dial Direct and they sent somebody out that night that is what you call service.”

“I'd had Kyle's renewal which was higher than last year despite him now qualifying for no claims discount, having passed his test 4.5 years ago. I rang and spoke to a very nice young man. He reduced the price by £50approx which made this old grandma happy.”
