“Very happy with Dial Direct. After having an extortionate renewal quote which I paid they phoned me with a new quote and gave me a rebate. I was very surprised and happy with the outcome.”

“What I like about Dial Direct is that they kept the premium competitive. It is also easy to contact customer services who have always been very helpful. Luckily I haven't had any accident or problems in the past few years, so I don't know how that would be dealt with, but I am sure they will be helpful and clear.”
