“Honest, trustworthy, good prices, do not try and sell you extra. Been with dd for several years now and I’m very pleased with them, especially as I’m on my own now and getting past the other side of 70! Keep up the good work.”

“Just renewed our policy. Premium very competitive with a good level of cover, including RAC Breakdown and protected bonus. The excess is realistic too. The site is easy to navigate, even for a technophobe like me! Loved the fact they gave us a little 'thank you' before we even renewed. We have both our cars with Dial Direct. As ex-insurance industry employees, we realise that the quality of a policy/company only really shows when you make a claim. However, so far the signs are good, the policy wording is written well.”
