“Last year found the whole experience of insuring with Dial Direct straightforward and economical....once again this year found the same, premium had increased slightly but not enough to faff about changing insurers. Website was really easy to use and above all a renewal message was sent well in advance, have me plenty of time to shop around!. Once reinsured Ask MID was updated within 48 hours....always have had problems with other insurers regarding this.”

“My renewal date my card details had changed so I got a letter to say insurance is declined call before date to make payment or face cancellation, when I called to make payment he was so rude on the phone and started saying next time if you don't change your card details there will be a 20 pound chare which I am letting you off this time in a rude tone,I apologised but do you think it was worth 20pounds to talk me down,and another thing I have not received an email to say thank you for renewing and this payment is received.”
