“First insurance company that reduced my premium on the second year, so more than happy to recommend them, the online service is quick and straight forward, and cheaper than the competition. I previously had been with Direct Line for 5 years, but when I changed to a pick up truck they increased my quote by 4 times so searched and found Dial Direct at a more sensible price 👍”

“their prices at renewal stayed nearly the same as last year,stopped me serching compare sites,the rac breakdown i have needed and r very reliable also having had a accident -dial direct did everything i would have hoped to ease my worries and put me back on the road”

“Dealing with operators is excellent. Fortunately we haven't had to contact with a claim which is the real test of an insurance company. Hopefully they will be as good as they are at collecting the premiums.”

“Change of address £40, cancel the policy, £46, 5 weeks left on the policy, rebate would have been £46.. Just manipulating circumstances to take the money from the Public... South African company, fox in sheep's clothing !!”
