“Renewal quote clearly states last years price to current one. Details of payment date, amount due and access to new policy all explained when calling to renew. Acknowledges payment. Always had polite and friendly answers to my calls.”

“New sales good but any follow up queries are not answered immediately and sometimes Agent not interested. Renewals are always more expensive when you call to cancel - they can offer a cheaper quote? Should try to keep customers by giving them competitive renewal quotes.”

“Last week I phoned Dialdirect three times to sort a simple matter. Each time I was asked identical questions. I was promised an answer by Friday. No reply. I have phoned five times this week but they are experiencing 'very high level' of calls. I have received countless automated e mails. All I want is to speak to a human. They are unable to phone me and I can't get through to them. Dialdirect is easy to sign up to but once they have your custom they really, really don't care.”
