“Was mis sold van insurance and unfortunately had my van broken into. Now found out I was not covered for any contents. Was never asked for contents insurance! Very disappointed.”

“Posted my no claims details to them, they didn't inform me they hadn't received them just charged me £75 and cancelled my insurance without telling me which left me driving uninsured! Rang them and they couldn't care less. Won't be using again.”

“Your renewal premium was never transcripted to me you increased the premiums without prior notification .this left me with bank charges .I am not happy and thinking about involving the ombudsman . . very unhappy”
