“Had an issue with a renewal payment due to my existing debit card running out; subsequently charged £20 for the missed payment. I would have cancelled the policy if it weren't for the ridiculous £60 cancellation fee. After this experience I wouldn't recommend using the company to anybody and I'll certainly avoid in the future.”

“Lovely lady I spoke to regarding my claim, very helpful, easy process, when my repair was looked at and the insurers agreed to fix, I had a call to pay my excess and wow I had my phone fixed and back with me 2 days later, well impressed!!”
