“Although there was an increase in the annual cost, I thought it was still a reasonable price & did include breakdown.”

“Although quite a bit more expensive than last year, the premium does include breakdown cover. Still very good value. Not yet tested by having to make a claim.”

“Been with this insurance 3 years the premiums go up and down each year but not to bad overall. Its shame like the old days when your insurance use to go down each year the longer you had it. I guess to many idiots on the road, the insurers want there cut and the comsumer have no choice to pay it to stay within the law.”

“Received my renewal quote in plenty of time to peruse and consider. The renewal price was very competitive and after looking around I swa no reason to move my cover elsewhere. Informed Dial Direct of my decision and from then on evrything went very smoothly. I am more than pleased with their service and hope to be with them for many years to come, thank you”

“This is my second year i am very pleased with the price,my only gripe is myself and my daughter can’t get into the self service center she wanted to print my policy of for me but it wouldn’t let us past logging in page ,luckily I have still got my last years copy because I didn’t make any changes.Also it took ages to find a phone number to ring so gave up.I am nearly 80not very savvy with computer so I do like paper copies.Other than that I am pleased with them”

“NOT really happy but acceptable as your renewal price was competitive. Everyone these days has an excuse for raising their prices and have us over a barrel. Will prices, including car insurance ever go down !”

“Luckily I ve not needed to make a claim, but I was impressed when my renewal quote arrived and it was less than any other quotes I found on famous websites. Often companies increase their prices when you are already with them, but this was excellent.”
