“I joint DialDirect for the past two years as they offer more competitive premiums for fully comprehensive motor cover than any other top insurance companies. Besides, its easy to contact their helpline to discuss any issues with one of their courteous and friendly staff. I cannot comment on their emergency road help or breakdown services as I haven’t used them during my cover period. I would definitely recommend dial direct for any motorist who is looking for insurance cover.”

“My experience with Dial Direct is very positive. I was very impressed with the renewal price for the following year and how easy it was to renew my new policy. I did request a hard copy of my policy, rather than having to rely going through my emails to recap on information, I haven't received a hard copy. But I would still recommend Dial Direct to insure your car. 😊”

“Don't bug me with constant emails. Don't raise the price exorbitantly unlike other insurers. Apart from that have had no dealings with them, so can't respond.”

“Dial direct customer service are very prompt at answering calls, but in the same breath not so quick to return calls. 3 times I called to cancel a potential claim, computer down each time and never returned calls. Hence my insurance went up.”

“It's very unusual for me to use the same car insurance company two years in a row. But Dial direct not only gave me a good deal for a second year, but when I phoned them, they dropped the price. Also, the girl I spoke to me was excellent.”
