“Dial Direct were competitive on price,good value for the extra's included in the Policy and it was nice to have a paper policy to look at as well as online.”

“I have only been insured with DialDirect for two years. Their premium went up from year 1 to year 2 despite the absence of any claims during the year. I queried this in their feedback form, and they halved the amount of the increase, which was welcome. I don't have a claim history with DialDirect. I consider that to be the acid test of an insurance relationship. So far DD seem easy to get in touch with and to deal with.”

“A competitive quote for my car insurance again this year. A surprise £10 Tesco voucher was sent to me after I'd signed up for another year. I haven't had to make any claims so can't comment on service for this. I can access all my documents using my online Dial Direct account, which is handy.”
