Good Service the only thing I find annoying is That I requested for paper version of my cover and so far it has only happened once as I am not a tech person(don't like things of importance sent via email

Since moving to Dial Direct, the policy price and cover has been very reasonable in comparison to others and I have been kept informed regularly with regards to changes, payments and coverage.

This is my second year with Dial Direct. Price increased more than I expected but still competitive. Only concern, I requested a hardcopy of policy witch I have not received. .

This is my second year with Dial Direct, the first year was a really good price and it had everything in it what I wanted/ needed so I decided to give it ago again and this year not much different with the increase which was a bonus. I would definitely recommend it and if the price is good again for next year I would probably stay with them again.

Easy renewal process and web portal is easy to use. All works very easy, the only issue I had is my vehicle showed as not insured on askMid for a few days at the start of the renewal, even though I was insured. I printed my certificate of insurance in case I got stopped, and I only knew by checking manually, if unaware of this could be a tricky conversion with the police if stoped.

Easy renewal process but still had to phone to get the best price which then beat the majority of other quotes on comparison sites

Very helpful when I had to make a claim, i was impressed with how quickly they sorted it for me, the only thing that I would suggest to make the process easier, would be able to speak and deal with one dedicated appointed agent instead of having to ring at least 3 different department/ agencies.

Satisfied with everything but one main thing, I requested my paper work as in Northern Ireland you cannot tax your car without your certificate of insurance, post offices here do not let you show a copy of it on your phone! Still have not received my requested papers!
