“The car insurance renewal price was very competitive and easy to arrange. However, the car breakdown service is with RAC who are TERRIBLE. So even if included in your cover strongly recommend you arrange your own breakdown cover. The Dial Direct team did try their best to help but it was the RAC handling centre that was the problem”

“My second year with dial direct and I find they are fairly competitive, although my insurance went up a few quid, I’ve stayed with them. It seems as though all insurance policies are rising. Very easy to speak with over the phone too.”

“Although premium was increased and had that £20 service charge included. It included breakdown services and still came in cheaper than competitors on multiple comparison sites. I choose not to auto renew so cannot use the renew option on the internet.”
