“Extremely good customer service I had my boiler stopped working when I called the response was very good and quick I am impressed with the service that’s why I stayed with them same last year I had couple of issues my toilet wasn’t flushing they came and fixed it I am well impressed I will stay with them”

“Renewed with these guys for the 4th year now, always helpful on the phone, competitive price wise, never has to claim as yet so cannot give a comment on that process, I will continue to stay with DD for my car insurance for the foreseeable future. Cheers Roy...”

“After a number of years of covering my parents house they will not do it this year due to a man made subsidence problem that was dealt with over 20 years ago and was dealt with by our other insurance company and sorted out. It is not a recurring problem and they knew about this when they took us on. No help with what we can do next and left my parents home uninsured and worthless. Considering the other problems i am dealing with at the moment I could really do without.”
