Wish the company would make up their mind on the outcome of the policy. 1st: When applying for the policy it was stated a loan car would be provided, if the car had to go in a garage. 2nd: When the policy came through the door, it was stated that a loan car would only be free for the first 3 months of the policy, then I would have to pay an extra on my policy to cover for this. 3rd: I will be looking else where for my next policy. It will not be with this company again.

They proposed me a policy that was 3 times higher than the one I had to change the car! Horrible!!! I payed 70 £ to quit the policy!!! Terrible!!!

was given no support following accident which was not my fault. quadrupled monthly premiums following accident for duration of policy. absolutely gutted. nothing i can do

I had initial problems with registering & getting documents from Dial Direct, but via a couple of t/calls this was sorted out relatively easily. I expect some of this related to me being a new customer. I have used the Dial Direct breakdown service twice (RAC) & was happy with their assistance & advice.

They were very reasonable until i dared to move house .Then they charged me £40 for basically changing the adress on a computer because that was all they changed .Then sent me a letter to say it was because i missed a payment which was nonsense and that was why i had to pay .Untrue needless too say i will be looking again when the year is up.
