“This is my second year with dial direct but I did not receive my gift voucher last year and when I phoned I waited for ages and then after a while I got cut off”

“"They wouldnt give me my 8 years NCB at start of policy as i was told i hadnt cancelled my previous policy altho i had proof the vehicle was sold.How ever when i sold my current van i received a rebate from my over payment"”

“Insurance across the board is so expensive, don’t matter where you go or what you drive it’s ridiculous for a 40 year old now. I need to drive for work so need it. Only ever gone up not down.”

“The policy is very good value for money. However when trying to add drivers on to the policy on line, I eventually gave up after repeated unsuccessful attempts. I eventually managed to do it by telephone.”

“I wasn’t very happy I had asked last year for my grandson to be put on my insurance but it wasn’t on my policy I phoned about it and was told not to worry as he was definitely on it and he had been driving my car but when I phoned this year about it I got told he was never on my insurance the young lady I spoke to was very apologetic to me to say I wasn’t happy is an understatement I was so angry if he had been stopped by police it could have cost his license just hope this never happens again”

“By renewing my policy at a cheaper rate after i told then to cancel it because it was to expensive and i had found a more competitive alternative. Now then, how did they manage that after i told them to sling their hook?mmmmm”

“The initial contact was extremely good. An appointment for an inspector was made and carried out on time. The inspector validated my claim 100%. Unfortunately, everything went down hill from then on. I contacted Renew only to discover my claim was with their validation department and I would be contacted within the next couple of days. Still waiting for my claim to be settled after 10 days.”
