My second year with Dial Direct had excellent service from them , I did query my renewal price , but was dealt with very promptly , I believe in staying with the same company so long as they loyal to you , hence my 2nd year with them

I wasn’t consulted regarding this and the only email I received was to say it had been renewed and it is expensive considering I’ve never made a claim nxt year I will be reviewing my insurance

Really good price this year, well done it’s rare these days you pay less than the year before. Only one complaint dial direct sent me an offer a while ago I think it was for a voucher and I couldn’t complete the process on line to receive it!

I am not Happy, I stayed with Dial direct this year for my third year , even with my no claims discount i am still paying more than i did last year, so no advantage for me there, I am 73 years old and drive at most 2000 miles a year, Unless I get a better deal next year I will spend more time shopping around, just came out of hospaital recently and had little time this year to look around for a better deal. Over 65s who are generally good ,careful drivers its about time all insurance companies offered Senior citizens a better deal. With the cost of living and someone like me on a very tight budget as are nearly all pensioners, more should and could be done to help senior citizens keeping there insurance premiums within reason at more affordable prices.
