“I called Dial Direct after an accident, and I got through on the phone straight away. I was able to video the damage while on the phone, it was assessed as a write off and I was quoted an amount they would pay which was more than expected. The money was in my account the next day. Very helpful customer service, my claim was dealt with immediately and my car was collected within a few days. Very pleased with all Dial Direct did for me.”
