“Start of my second year with Dial Direct and premium better than expected. My only criticism is that there is no on-line facility to update my credit card details so was necessary to telephone and join a long queue to speak with a member of staff to make this change otherwise renewal would have been much more efficient.”

“They were fantastic helping me with having my car repaired when a lady hit my car while it was on my drive. Took me through the process and managed to have my car repaired and returned in 6 weeks. The lady was so pleasent and understanding. Highley recommended Dial Direct to family and friends.”

“1. Your assistant was really nice and helpful, especially as I am not very mobile phone savvy. He was very patient and clarified things so that I could understand. 2. I was really pleased to learn that my contract, which is such great value, covered me for my holiday in France without needing a bolt-on. 3. Your assistant offered me a better deal that I was very pleased to accept. Thank you for an excellent service. It was good to be able to SPEAK to an adviser in person, a rare thing these days.”

“This is the 3rd year I have been with dial direct. So easy to understand and the customer service is always 1st class. Renewing my car insurance is as simple as ABC plus my insurance has been lower the last 2 years at renewal. Thank you Dial Direct”
