“Customer service was really good Feel it’s a very fair price some car insurance was double for the same policy I’m on my second year now and it was still a good price to stay with dial direct No complaints at all I would say overall excellent service”

“I usually shop around every year for the best deal for car insurance as I can always find a much better deal than the high price for renewal quoted but after a phone call with customer services they offered a competitive price undercutting other quotes. I would prefer the renewal quote sent out to a ‘valued customer’ to reflect the actual price for renewing with the same insurance broker and not the inflated price shown in the next year’s quote please! It would feel more transparent and less underhanded. Just sayin’!”

“They tend to keep prices down and give you good value for money. I havent had to get in touch so dont know on that side but communication though text is good when my insurance needed replaning send documents over via emal...so yes good company...good prices.”
