“1 Reminded me my car insurance was due 2 simple renewal 3 The same policy was £20 cheaper than last year 4 excellent service”

“Hassell free renewal at very reasonable priced quotes unlike previous insurers, who upped the cost considerably. I have been with dial direct now for 3 years and when receiving my renewal it's that reasonable I don't even check other insurers and I've never done that before. A++++++++++ service highly recommended.”

“Renewal price was fair and close to other quotes although not the cheapest. However the service over the past few years from Dial Direct has been excellent and so I decided to stay with this company.”

“Excellent Customer Service from Dial Direct. I'm very pleased with them as a Company overall and the first time EVER I've been with a Company for anything who have offered me a decrease and lowered my monthly payments (without any instigation from me) - unheard of and for that reason I will be staying with them for my Car Insurance. If I was to say anything negative it would be that the excesses are a bit too high but other than that very happy.”

“The practice of offering an extremely high autorenewal quote has been removed in recent years, although calling up each time (which is straight forward) still reduces the amount somewhat and allows the opportunity to ensure details etc. are up-to-date. Not many firms offer the type of insurance cover I require so appreciate there is the opportunity for a broker who has renewal options available.”
