“They where very helpful when I rang up about the new quote which was too much for me to pay and went out of their way to get me a new quote I could afford so all in all very helpful.”

“I've had my car insurance with Dial Direct for several years now. I've never had to make a claim (fortunately) so can't comment upon how they would handle that. However, I've always found their website and paperwork easy to understand and any time I've had the need to ring them I've been dealt with promptly and in a professional, but friendly, manner. When it was time to renew I rang around but found that they were competitively priced.”
