“Great portal allows you to access all your documents at any time. Renewals come via the portal too and it is very easy to compare new quote with previous premium. The latest quote was competitive. I have made one claim and was very happy with the response and customer service. Following the latest renewal quote I wanted to speak to someone and got through very quickly. They gave me great service. Great all-round service.”
