“After my car broke down, I had to switch to the other one recently found and resulting of a huge increase in pricing (almost double price) for the same engine and the car a bit more recent ( still 12 years). Because I bought it from the garage 2hours far from where I leave anf i had no choice to accept as I had to go back with the car and it was too far to drive without insurance. Felt like being ripped off, completely”

“Disgusting service from M&S credit card. I was charged interest on £800 I don't even own them!!! After so many calls I managed to speak to so called manager, even she could explain properly why! Please be careful, if possible don't use their card at all.”

“I found M&S Insurance very helpful and polite to deal with. I did have to make a claim and the person that I spoke to and who was assigned to help me with the claim was very supported and explained everything that I had to do and it was so easy.”
