“Unfortunately not the M & S of old. I purchased two pillow cases at £15 each. I was expecting smooth luxury cotton, easy to iron. Nothing of the sort. Not a bit like the Autograph ones that I still of 25 years. Very disappointing.”

“I took something back as it didn't fit and the girl gave me money & a credit voucher. As I had only taken one thing back out of 5 purchases I couldn't understand why the return money didn't go on my M&S card. She tried to explain but couldn't when an older lady came over to help her, she was instantly dismissive and curt with her. I did ask the older lady later to explain it to me and she did, and I then understood. My sister and I found the whole thing unacceptable and said so... Won't shop again at M&S in Bradford”

“Very friendly and efficient service. I do think the website could do better, with retaining your search results instead of always starting it again after click on items you want to look at in detail. Also letting you know when things are back in stock would be good. Excellent school uniform for the kids, best out there.”
