“Always good service,no one else on the high street are as good.Value for money and usually good quality.Food always delicious,my family love it. A pleasure to shop here.”

“Super speedy, free, delivery to my local store. Only criticism would be the sizes of clothes vary across the ranges and are inconsistent within the ranges so one can never be sure that the clothes are going to fit. Had to reorder in a different size.”

“Always prompt delivery , never have to collect from town, always collect from local food hall, no delivery charges, still love good old Marks and Sparks !”

“Shopping at a number of stores both full retail and smaller food outlets during our trip to Europe was excellent. Great value for your money, and the staff was always very helpful. Would recommend this outlet to all travellers as a go to store.”

“I bought 2 sofa's and they shed feathers from the start. Very difficult to contact customer service After two replacement arm pads and a visit from an assessor They arranged to take the order back. I was left out of pocket and sitting on deck chairs till I could order a new suite. Worst customer service experience I have ever had”
