“Although we were quite satisfied with the payment we eventually received the whole claims process was very time consuming. It took 30 minutes to get through to the claims line on the telephone. It took about 6 weeks to get claim settled. We are in our80s and had difficulty with using the hub. We probably won’t renew our policy with Policy Expert.”

“Very efficient. I had lapsed for 2 days contacting them easy. Explained and they understood. Asked about a loyalty discount as the market was cheaper? 3min waited and dropped price and great result. Always a go to place before considering any other option.”

“This is my 1st time applying to Policy Expert. I had gone to 3 comparison sights to get inusrance information as I wanted to change from Hastings . When I tried to buy the policy from Policy Expert, the link from the comparison sight did not work. I tried at several phone calls, and someone at Policy Direct did help but all they advice failed when it came to pay. They said the comparison sight link had failed and that this policy would not be part of comparison company. I accepted that, all I wanted was the policy paid. I proceeded to pay and to my horror my bank HSBC OTP menu did not accept the code. I have this with them and they say its retailers. Back to calling Policy Expert. I explained my dilema, and they took my phone details, without charging me 12.50. I was most impressed by this kindness, after the frustration I had been through. I am a pensioner and 12.50 is lot of money when one lives on the State pension. I can recommend Policy Expert for their handling of my situation and being patient with an old woman who was getting very worried about this situation.”

“Fantastic service. Great options to choose from, enabling the best and most complete cover for our property and contents. Best price by far as well. Easy to follow website and immediate access to documents. Been buying insurance for over 40 years and policy expert has been the best.”
