“I've never had to make a claim and in terms of arranging it, policy expert seems exactly the same as other insurance providers. I do like their hot pink branding though!”

“Quote was very simple to fill in, questions easy to understand and when I'd decided on level of cover it was very quick to complete. I phoned later to request paper documents as I didn't have access to a printer and the man I was talking to was excellent, very helpful and said he would send them to me. We had insured with you twice on previous occasions a couple of years ago and I'm glad to say we are returning to Policy Expert as we have been very satisfied with the service we receive from you.”
