“Appalling customer service, i am STILL awaiting resolution of an issue that happened on March 6th 2021 it is now April 24th 2021 Emails, phone call and much wasted time has so far led to no resolution”

“We haven't had to make a claim so far (hope it will stay that way), so no too sure about the claims process but the general customer service and the online portal is very good. Thank you.”

“All very easy to do online and saved over £60 on my renewal quote. However, as with all insurance companies, you do not know how good they are until you have to make a claim. These ratings should be sought AFTER a claim has been made.”
